Registration for the Spring Season is now open!
Coed Flag Football will be 8 v 8 (3 females on the field at all times.) 8 games guaranteed.
Water will be provided for all players and official ref fees are covered! (Included in registration).
Games will be played at Lums Pond State Park. The season will start on March 16th
Games will be played between 9am and 1 pm

At Just Rec Athletics, we welcome everyone (men and women) 18+ who wants to play flag football. An excellent cardio workout, but not a fitness focused organization, come as you are and let's play football!
